You retain ownership of all artwork submitted to DoodleMagic. By submitting artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the artwork solely for creating your personalized products and, with your permission, for promotional purposes in our gallery.
DoodleMagic's liability is limited to the cost of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
